Pre-employment medicals
Employing an individual who is not physically able to perform their given role can prove to be a very expensive affair. Given the responsibility of the employer and their duty of care towards their staff recruitment of an unsuitable employee is best avoided at the outset.
We are able to screen employees for their suitability to perform their prospective role and are fully conversant with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA). We offer a full physical examination service that includes urine drug screening and a blood testing service if required. Routine ECG, audiometric (hearing), lung function and vision tests can also be undertaken. We are also able to review pre-employment questionnaires to help screen prospective employees for more detailed examination.
