Norwegian Offshore Medicals
In order to work in the Norwegian Continental shelf, the Petroleum Safety Authority
Norway requires offshore workers to undergo and pass a medical examination, which
classifies them as medically fit to work in the offshore environment.
Here at Heathrow Medical, we have a team of qualified doctors able to perform Norwegian
Offshore Medicals.
Important note: please ensure you bring photo identification with you to your appointment. This will
need to be produced at the time of your medical examination.
The Norwegian medical is very similar to the OGUK Medical and allows you to work in the Norwegian
waters. This medical can be done at the same time as the OGUK medical and the certificate will be
issued with the OGUK certificate.
