Post-Recruitment/Pre-Commencement Medicals
Given the responsibility of the employer and their duty of care towards their staff, it is important that employers ensure that following ecruitment, staff are medically able and safe to perform their duties in accordance with the Disability provisions of the Equality Act. We are therefore able to offer comprehensive post-recruitment/pre-commencement screening which can be tailored to your specific requirements.
We offer a full physical examination service that includes urine drug screening and a blood testing service if required. Routine ECG, audiometric (hearing), lung function and vision tests can also be undertaken. We are also able to medically review pre-employment questionnaires to help pre-screen prospective employees for a more detailed examination.. |
